Founded by Maria Cristina, a passionate cook who came to the US at the age of 12, our food truck serves as a testament to her journey from humble beginnings to realizing her dream of owning a business.

 

Maria started her culinary career as a cook in a deli, where the joy and satisfaction of serving delicious dishes to customers inspired her to venture out on her own. Our menu features a variety of Dominican favorites, crafted with love and dedication, including dishes like Quipe, Chimi de Pollo, Pan con Bistec and Empanadas to Miami's diverse clientele.

 

We welcome patrons to savor our offerings, from daily specials to delightful empanadas that have earned rave reviews. Maria's 10-year-old son, who often helps out at the truck, is testament to our family-oriented approach, ensuring every dish is made with the warmth and care that defines Caribbean hospitality.
